Add ft=yes ft-over-ds=yes to the /interface wifi security this will shorten the switching time.
Enable 5 GHz.
On wifi only the client decides where and when to switch, if the client decides that the connection quality on 2.4 with your SSID is bad he switches. The 2.4 band is probably overloaded.

Theoretically, according to the standard, wave 1 and wave 2 differ only in the distribution of airtime between clients, so when there is only one client there should be no difference. But the difference between wave1 and wave2 microtic driver gives a small speed increase.

Re: Unexpected low bandwidth

Disable the short guard interval, this will increase the stability of the link. The bridge is outdoors, not indoors.
Without radio parameters and network settings, it is difficult to give advice. Only L3 traffic should be transmitted over the radio bridge.

Find the fix-space-6.47-smips.npk file on the net, copy it to your device and reboot it. After that there will be enough free space for updating. This problem appeared and was solved back in 2020-21. Apparently your device has been in the distributor's warehouse since then PS https://forum.mikrotik....

A relatively good signal is -60, -80...-75 is a poor or satisfactory signal.
The client starts looking for another access point when the signal strength is weaker than -68. MSC7 requires a signal stronger than -64

Try changing the network connections. Mikrotik after netinstall has an IP address 0.0.0.0 connection problem was related to this. Something in the computer is blocking access.
Try to set the address 0.0.0.2 on your computer.

It's just the winbox not displaying the information. I've had such cases, I don't remember the exact cause. But the point is that the winbox does not receive information from the device, so all fields are empty.

You need to firewall additionally block access to 8.8.8.8 through all other interfaces except the required ether1.
When you disable the ether1 interface, all routes associated with it are disabled.
As a test you can cut the connection between ISP1 and Switch1, everything will work as you wanted.

You don't have a public address on the mikrotik so it has nothing to do with it. You have an Asus for Hairpin NAT. You can't change the network on the LTE modem, but you can on the router A. I recommend setting the low-use band to .200-250

static leases on a subnet: 192.168.1.0/24
