What happened to that device before it got into that situation ? Some upgrade from version x to version y ? Restore from previous versions or (even worse) other models ? NEVER do that last one. When RB5009 reboots, it fails and requires power cycling to restart properly. The cause cannot be traced in the system logs. This has happened several times, and even after resetting, the issue persists.
