Some more information to help in recreating the issue: It ONLY shows up when the Remote Desktop host is a Windows Server 2012 R2 computer. Windows Server 2008, 2016, 2019 do NOT exhibit the issue. We can reproduce this issue using RB3011 and CCR1016, so a specific board does NOT seem to be relevant....
