[SOLVED] New CRS305 not reachable via Management

Hi together, I bought a CRS305-1G-4S+IN switch and installed it today. At first it worked fine, when it came with RouterOS. Since doing some updates and booting to SwitchOS, the device is not reachable. A hardware reset didn't help. Following steps were done: 1. Booted switch first time 2. Installed...

Hi,

I ordered three CRS305-1G-4S+IN Switches, all of them seem to have bent SFP ports and one bent RJ45 port.
Could someone tell me if this is normal? Please look up the following photo:

Re: MTU configuration for jumbo frames

Thanks for the reply, I get the issue. My Gateway on the first interface is an OpenWRT router, which only allows an MTU of 1500. I can't adjust it there. That's why I wanted to enable jumbo frames only for my LAN. Should I only adjust L2 MTU and not the normal MTU / Actual MTU settings? Would this h...

Hi, I want to configure my RouterOS for jumbro frames (MTU size 9000). What I did so far was adjusting the L2MTU and the MTU size to the maximum the device supports (9204) for all interfaces and for my bridge. Hi, I'm deciding between the switch models CSS326 and CRS326, which seem to have an identical hardware (except routing functionality and dual boot). Re: Using Splunk to analyse MikroTik logs 2.7 (Graphing everything) Topic is solved

Using 2.7, it's mentioned that the "defconf: drop all not coming from LAN" rule should have the prefix 'FI_D_port-test'. When I set that, the Live Attack dashboard doesn't populate as it appears from the source in the dashboard it is searching for 'FW_Drop_all_from_WAN'. When changing this to 'FI_D_...
