Re: terrible tx/rx speeds

I have 2 RB532's both with SR5 minipci cards. Settings are all default. My Anttenas are PacWireless 5.8GHz 27dBi Parabolic Grids. My cabling is LMR400. Running 48V power supply. My rx and tx signal levels are both -81 on both RBs. One RB is in ap-bridge mode and the other is a station. The station ...

I have setup a hotsot and I am looking to track user usage can this be done through radius accounting? does the radius accounting send the URL as well or dst IP info?

Re: 532A & Level 5 software ok?

We are looking at purchasing a number of Routerboard 532A units and would like to run the Level 5 software. Two reasons mainly, 3 years of updates and when 2.10 is released routing support. while the new option does check for a corrupt image, if the image is okay but something else is wrong, it will still hang

I think having the option of ethernet 1st, then nand is a good option, please implement

thank you

Maybe the rates on your ethernet ports are causing problems? Try forcing some common speed, like 100/half or 10/full to see if it changes anything. Also, there have been some issues with the ether1 on RB500 on some older versions...maybe try upgrading if you haven't already? I am upgrading now and ...

Re: dead link time to time on 2.9.23

After upgrading one of our Routerboards to ROS 2.9.23 , the problem with ether1 device - which died and no traffic get throught and whole RB had to be rebooted to force it to work again - is finally banished. But, since then, wireless connection started to behave badly . Time to time, for no appare...
