Re: CRS5 multiple vlans [SOLVED]

If you don't want to tear bridge apart, then you can change properties of existing item using set command. I.e. if you have /interface/bridge add name=bridge /interface/bridge/port add bridge=bridge interface=ether1 and you want to set pvid for port ether1, you can do it like this: /interface/bridg...

Re: CRS5 multiple vlans [SOLVED]

According to this tutorial . Single bridge, two VLANs (ports either untagged/access or tagged/trunk). Bridge port doesn't have to be member of any (apart for management VLAN), certainly not having IP address (so no risk of CRS becoming a router). So it would be like: add bridge=name of the existing...

CRS5 multiple vlans [SOLVED]

Good Morning,
I currently have CRS504-XQ and plan to buy CRS510-8XS-2XQ.
I am new to Mikrotik's VLAN implementation and would like to ask how I can configure two seperate VLANs (no communication between those), so I can reach full line speed on both VLANs

Re: Slow throughput on CRS504-4XQ

Looks like that messing with the assignment of the interfaces helped. I can reach wire speeds with two bridges, one only for the management interface, and the second one for the rest of the ports.

Re: Slow throughput on CRS504-4XQ

This switch has two independent switch chips, one for the management interface and one for the rest. That is why I thought it can reach full speed with two independent bridges.

Slow throughput on CRS504-4XQ

Good morning, I have a problem with a slow throughput on CRS504-4XQ. I connected two esxi hosts (both using Mellanox® ConnectX®-6 Lx cards) with the switch. Both cards are rated for 25 Gb/s connection, but I when tried using iperf3, I got around 542 Mb/s transfer. When I tried direct connection, the...

Re: CCR2004-16G-2S+ NAT Performance

Not sure if I really need a fast track for a homelab envinorment. I will need to take a look how it works in a more detail. Juniper or Cisco are good, but the price is not that good ;)

CCR2004-16G-2S+ NAT Performance

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what NAT throughput I can expect from CCR2004-16G-2S+?
No fasttrack, around 8 firewall rules.
I know that there are results of ethernet tests on site, but I am not sure if those apply to NAT as well.
