Re: CSS326-24G-2S+ management

Dear becs, thank you for writing back. that is what we had done. in our case though, we used real ip 123.123.1.2/30, with 123.123.1.1/30 being elsewhere since there is no way to add a default gateway to the switch, we could try switching the IP's, though i'm not too sure how that would work. are the...

This actually makes a lot of sense

Basically *::/64 in a pool won't work but *::1/64 will work on the pppoe or dhcp?
Then again you can't set a pool for pppoe with *::1/64

Any work around it?

Re: Logging visited urls

netflow will not do private ip, will it?
plus it's going to take a massive amount of resource to host a server that can collect info from let's say, 15000 clients.
that would require static private ip being given to all clients.
is there any other way?

ip address add address=180.185.160.210/28 interface=lan (whichever interface you want to distribute from)

ip route add dst=180.185.160.208/28 gateway=71.165.180.193

your isp also has to route the ip address block.

that should do the trick.

Increase priority of your 10 IP addresses to 6 or higher; default is 8. So when they need bandwidth, they will get it. Add your dhcp clients to the bottom, they're is an automated way to do so.
