I believe if you upgrade the boot loader for RB100/RB500 series boards before updating the firmware to 3.10 it works effectively. I was having the same issue and this resolved it. Via other threads I found that by updating the boot loader to 2.16 for RB500 series boards, that 3.10 goes on smoothly.

The rb411 is alive and well. It is positioned at the low price end of the RB400 line and replaces the rb133c.
