OpenSSL 3.x Crit vuln. Any info on whether RouterOS is impacted?

I've just checked to confirm that all of my production servers are using OpenSSL 1.x, which is not affected. I do not know of RouterOS uses OpenSSL, or LibreSSL or something else as their crypto library though so checking in here sounded like a good idea. :) https://twitter.com/iamamoose/status/1584...

Script to tell if an IP is in a Firewall Address List (or) how to match an IP in an IP range like 1.2.3.4-1.2.3.40

So I need to be able to tell if a given IP address is represented in a given /ip firewall address-list list. However, I know of at least three ways that can happen. add list="test" address="1.2.3.4" comment="Directly Mentioned" add list="test" address="1....

NAT appears to be duplicating outbound packets

We're having a problem where private IPs in our office LAN experience an interesting set of bad network troubles stemming apparently from all NAT egress traffic packets getting duplicated. That seems to have helped some. Disabling ANI on both wireless interfaces appears to have reduced CPU load by around 20-30%. It still jumps up to 90-100% sometimes, but not nearly as often... it's no longer pegged. Thanks for that tip! Do you have any other ideas?

Why are you using NAT? There's no need to. Just make a flat bridged network. 802.11A/G translates to roughly 1.25 bit per hertz spectral efficiency at the highest modulation (54mbps). So a 20mhz channel width, connected at 54mbps will provide about 25mbps net throughput.
