Re: v6.45beta [testing] is released!

In RouterOS 6.45beta19 there is a known bug that 5GHz WLAN interface disappears . Affects only specific devices - those that have wireless 5GHz interface-type= Atheros AR9888 . Downgrading back to 6.45beta16 or earlier returns the interface. Thank you Mikrotiker and kitit for reporting. The same pr...

What is your software version? I run 6.44 now on all my AP's and clients and have some 700 clients. Some 50% are now arm devices but I don't see any difference between arm and mipsbe. I also don't see these disconnects often. Sometimes yes, but that can be any device. I run 802.11n or ac if the net...

Sounds to me a wireless issue. Yes, this is wireless bug. But only on ARM . Mipsbe, mmips don´t have this problem. This problem has nothing to do with SNR or CCQ . You can have the signal -45, CCQ = 100% and still disconnect from AP. The client will never reconnect himself. In scan from client duri...

Re: RB4011

Oh boy, it does look ugly with those rack-mount ears attached.
It's a pretty clever way of combining rack-mount capability and desktop case into the same product. Not exactly pretty, but very funktional; I like it.
I too :)

Re: WPA2 preshared key brute force attack

Re: ARM devices and NV2 protocol

No products based on N are on the market now (disc, lhg, sxt) in Czech republic. Only AC harware is now on the market. So we need to use AC h...

Re: ARM devices and NV2 protocol

We are close to a solution to the Nv2+ARM performance issue, please hold on for a day or two, when we will release the changes in RC release chain, for first testing.
When? We wait for it half year.... :)

Re: 5 GHz, 3x30° HD Sector Antenna

Thanks, I see that there are several Twisport adapters but I do not see any specific for netmetal or netbox. Which you use to adapt the mikrotik euqipos to the horn antennas rf elements For Mikrotik is now only this - https://rfelements.com/products/wireless-broadband/twistport-adaptors/twistport-a...

Re: v6.43rc [release candidate] is released!

What kind of issue are you referring to? Have you contacted support directly to see if problem is not caused by configuration or something that can be adjusted in order to resolve the issue? There is other topic with problems ARM and NV2 - https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=128916&p=670...

Re: 5 GHz, 3x30° HD Sector Antenna

What a great news, I see some symmetrical novelty that I do not understand very well. What do you recommend the 30º, 60º, 70º, 80 or 90º. Have you tried any?
If you need to cover the 30 degree angle, then use 30º. Yes we use all 30 - 90º
