I'm using PCI bypass. No problem with interface speeds.
My problem is just CPU usage.

Load is only 30% on single core. Process is kept on single core as long as core is not fully loaded. Normis, Mikrotik should release a tool to check if there is any suspicious file.
If the router was infected running an exploitable version, maybe the trojan continues in the system.

Nice update!

Please, add a button "ADD FILE FROM..." and "SAVE FILE TO..." in "File List", so Wine Users/Non-Windows User could Download/Upload files to/from Mikrotik routers.
The drag'n'drop support isn't always available at Wine.

scheduler is not working.
I could see the same thing on a "startup" script. It didn't work as well.
But I'm not sure if the whole scheduler is not working or just with the "startup" as start time.
Tested on PPC.

I would recommend you have a look on Fresnel zone - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fresnel_zone
Like said before, the best choose should be split this 168KM in at least 2 links.
Forget about this kind of calculator, it doesn't consider obstacles or Fresnel zone obstructions.

I think will be harder o modify fwf file, see 493 and 493AH. It uses the same firmware and it have different memory size.
Maybe check openwrt sources can help you.
Did u dump the bootloader chip or this file is from routerboard.com?
