ok, in someplaces i've read that we need to mark connectios because the router when the connection it's started then it save it in the connection track, then check packets use more cpu, than check connection firts (mainly we need to mark connections for performnce issue, do you ever heard something ...

Re: New firewall matcher PCC

first, you should limit route lookup to the routes with that packet-mark: /ip route rule add routing-mark=to_ISP1 action=lookup-only-in-table table=to_ISP1 now your default route from 'main' table won't work for packets with 'to_ISP1' mark then you can simply use 'ping' command via that routing tab...

well, the forward chain marks connection based on src-adress-list but the prerouting chains marks packets based on src and dst ports. alos mark some connection to use the connection-bytes but its marked also by src port 80.. any idea?

Re: Burst for each TCP connection

Bump. I've been using this, works great, however, does TCP have to be identified in the mangle rules? I'm having a hard time shaping other traffic separately. If I try to use mangle to prioritize port 80 and give other ports a 256k limit, PCQ just stops. In order to shape P2P, I have to use another...
