Re: Rb133 lost license key

I had the same thing happen to me with a 433. It originally was 2.9 I upgraded it to 4.16 then to 5.11. I didn't know there was a upgrade limit of 2 levels. It bricked on me. I would expect an error message indicating that it had exceeded the limit and cancel the upgrade. Could that be the problem w...

Signup problem with um 5.11

While testing UM 5.11 it worked fine with a manually created user, but after setting it to do auto sign up it wouldn't create a user. I modified the login page to have a signup button and it takes me to the signup screen ok but doesn't create a user. I have a full price profile and a paypal account....

I am ready to replace those with mikrotik hardware or at least hardware running rotueros. The edge router is my biggest concern and wanted see if I could get som...

Re: v3.27 bug: ssh port forwarding is not working

From reading these posts it seems that the versions newer than 3.27 won't allow forwarding of ssh on port 22 to an inside host. I am having trouble trying to do just that. It may be something that I am not getting right. I can post specifics, but would like to know if it is still possible. :?

RB153 not able to connect with winbox

I have one router board that works for clients just fine, but it doesn't ping or let me connect to it directly. It is 2 hops out from the base on a 5ghz backhaul. I have 2 other router bd with same situation and they connect to winbox just fine. If I connect to the router upstream from it, I can tel...

Re: RB 433 very slow

The problem is solved. I made a mistake in the default route. Not used to this gui yet, I should have stuck to the terminal interface.
Thanks Dave

Re: RB 433 very slow

The compex seems to work fine as I stay connected to it and winbox is connecting to the AP. It seems to pass other traffic as I use putty through it to conect to a staros box and it connected and didn't drop the connection until I disconnected. 8)

RB 433 very slow

I just setup a rb433 to be added to my network. I am getting slow response and page not found errors loading web pages. The only site that loads fast and doesn't time out is Mikrotik's. Yahoo mail won't load, gmail loads but takes forever 5 to 7 min. Has anyone else had this problem? I have some rb1...
