Re: Winbox 3 RC

Anybody else having issues "Pinning" Winbox3RCx to the task bar? It's simply not an option, I hate searching my desktop for frequently used apps/icons... :( How come you can't 'pin' it to the task bar? You picture shows it is??? And I have no issues pinning it to my taskbar in W8.x and W7...

Re: Did we loose IP cloud?

Fantastik, not only is the DDNS update service not working but general DNS resolution of any *.sn.mynetname.net host is failing, the entire DDNS service and zone is down!! I knew this was too good to be true :? Mikrotik if you want to offer value-add services like this you have to have someone at th...

Re: CRS and RB2011 VLANs with WLANs and Bridging

I found the problem on the CRS125: lan18 and lan19 were not supposed to be members of vlan-id 80 in the following statement: Bad /interface ethernet switch vlan add ports="Trunk1,Trunk2,Trunk3,lan1,lan2,lan3,lan4,lan5,lan6,lan7,lan8,lan9,l\ an10,lan11,lan12,lan13,lan14,lan15,lan16,lan17,lan18,l...

CRS and RB2011 VLANs with WLANs and Bridging

So I've done VLANs with just RB2011's or with a CRS125 with no WLAN, but I'm struggling when throwing a WLAN interface into the mix as you now have to have a BRIDGE to join networks which is probably the biggest issue I'm facing. Had a working network with 4 VLANs (VLAN10, VLAN20, VLAN30, VLAN40) us...

Re: TX-power settings problem

I opened a case with support, the bug was in v6.6 and earlier in letting us use "card rates" before with this chipset. we have to use "all rates fixed".

Re: TX-power settings problem

I don't believe it's a chipset issue, this used to work in 6.6 and prior, it appears to be a bug in 6.7... I have the same problem with RB2011's, but RB493s with R2n/R52n cards work fine.

Re: ROS to Cisco ASA IPSEC problem.

techmonkey1, did you figure out the problem, I have exactly the same problem only I don't have access to the Cisco and the guy managing the Cisco won't give me access and is not PIX proficient either? It worked earlier today, but somewhere along the line he changed something and doesn't know it. it'...
