Feature request: ^U clear line

RouterOS already lets you type CTRL-A to go to the beginning of a command line or CTRL-E to go to the end. I'd like CTRL-U to clear the line to make the command line editing even more like UNIX. Re: Ipv6

Try setting your IPv6 address on the 6in4 interface to the same address but with a prefix length of 128 instead of 64, i.e., 2001:470:1f14:5d7::2/128. Also, you shouldn't need to advertise your address on the external interface, just the internal where you're passing out IPs to your network.

Compactflash applications

What types of things do people use CompactFlash on their RouterBoard for? I know you can use it to cache web content with the proxy and store log files, but there must be more you can do with it. Thanks.

Re: Ipv6

I'd like to see RouterOS services like ssh, www, and ftp listen for connections on IPv6, so I can configure a RouterBoard using only IPv6. I'd also like to be able to restrict access to certain addresses like you can with IPv4 addresses in /ip service. It would be nice if the mikrotik dns server sup...

Re: IPv6

How do you do DHCPv6 in 3.13? I don't see it mentioned in the changelog or the manual.

Re: Feature request: mnemonic addresses instead of IP's

I noticed this in the NTP client. I'd like to use pool.ntp.org but I'm forced to choose one IP address instead.

Re: IPv6 firewall features

I'd like IPV6 DHCP and DNS.

Feature requests: ECN, Blue, &c

I recently bought an RB600A. I got it because the hardware is exactly what I was looking for - it has gigabit, PoE, plenty of CF and mini PCI, and it doesn't draw much power. I usually use OpenBSD for routers and servers, so I was concerned that I might not like something simpler like RouterOS, espe...
