I am having this same issue on a new RB450G. CPU sits at 6% or so, then I torch a busy Ethernet interface and CPU spikes to 100% and no output data. I had same problems on a RB150.

I am having the same problem. However, 3.13 also gave me a Q instead of a K on a Crossroads device. I am trying 3.16 now, and 3.17 works on x86 devices for sure. A rollback to 3.20 on the crossroads did NOT help.

I am having the exact same problem with my background image. Worked well in b7, but anytime I resize or move, CPU goes to heck and the Dude locks up.
