LHG60 PTMP

Hi,

I would like to use LHG60 as PTMP AP and some LHG60 as client.
How many clients can I connect to an AP?
Do I need a simple L4 license to the AP?
The clients are nearly in a line. What maximum distance I could except to the AP?

best regards, Gabor

Re: Winbox starts not so easy on wine

Hi, I got "Windows Wine Loader is not responding" on each start, but after about 5sec is responding. I would take a try on a fresh Fedora 28. Anyway: creating Window Class routeros_null creating Window Class routeros_connect creating Window Class routeros_dbl_canvas discovery started rescaning conne...

Winbox starts not so easy on wine [SOLVED]

Hi, I'm on Fedora 27. Winbox starts with delay and CPU goes to 100% for about 5 sec then everything is normal. I think it happens because of discovery. Does anybody get the same thing? How can I start it without discovery? (when I start it with an IP address and password in arguments the discovery d...

Re: RSTP loops

Hi, I think I found the problem... Between B and C I have a Racom ray2 24G bridge. It doesn't forward BPDU packets somehow. So C, E and F has an other root bridge in the same bridge... Next night I will enable RSTP in racoms (although doc says racom forward BPDU packets transparently when rstp is di...

Re: RSTP loops

Hi,

thank you for your answer!
I have already modified the path costs.
I tried to change the root bridge to B or C but I got loop always when I put more than 1 backup link.

RSTP loops

Hi, I have this topology: RTSP.png This is a bridged net with RSTP. I would like to use dashed lines as backup links. When I put the main links to the bridges it works well. When I put BD link - B bridge marks BD path as alternate root and it works well. When I put the CD port to the bridges it logs...

Re: problem with NAT on tile

Ok, the problem solved. Thank you for the support! Problem was (is) that the packets which are going to the ppp interface go to the default gw. This happens because the ppp interface doesn't exists yet (for example on startup) and "bad" item created in the connection tracking table. When the ppp int...

Hi All, could you add a "skip" option to netwatch system, please? So when netwatch pings a host and sometimes it has a timeout the host goes down immediately... and goes up on the next ping. It occurs because of a transmission timeout or something else but the host doesn't inaccessible. If we had a ...

interface bandwith limit

Hi,

is there any plan to extend the speed limits of an interface to 15, 20, 25 or random limit?
What type of limiting method used for this interface-limit?
What type of limiting do you recommend to use a 20Mbit limit not to eat too much CPU?
