Re: Feature request: OpenVPN compression LZO and UDP

Right now I have had to use MTIK boxes to create TCP OpenVPN Tunnels to a PFSense box at the HQ for a network because I could not find a suitable router that would run PFSense in a small package for the price point MTik offers. You can always try OpenWrt. It works great. Can I buy a router with it ...

Re: Feature request: OpenVPN compression LZO and UDP

So MikroTik developers were able to add partial OpenVPN support and for some reason aren't able/willing/whatever to add the rest. And your proposed solution is to take some kind of multiprotocol server, which looks like it does everything that their PPP package does and twice more and just stick it...

Re: Feature Request:DHCP Server Update DNS Servers

on next dhcp lease update they should receive updated parameter list. Isn't it?
It requires the DHCP Server to send packets to the DNS Server which is specified in pool options along with domain so it updates the domain. If it does it and the option is somewhere please point me to it.

Hehehe... guess he wanted to try his luck!

For short towers we typically use Comscope 5NF4, for taller sites, or where more normal grounding is required, Belden 7919A is used with shield clamps every 75'.

If you look at the enclosure I posted, you'll see the 2 LSXL-MEs and the Citel. The MJ8 is grounded to a lug which is passed through to the enclosure. The LSXLs pass thru and the enclosure paint is stripped on the inside, and penetrox is applied on both sides of the o-ring, thus ensuring decent amp...
