Look at your network interfaces. Did they auto-negotiate the right speed and duplex? Do you have any error counters incrementing on RX or TX? K so i have had a look in the bios disabled ctech and hyper threading. On x86 l1 mtu is set to 1500 l2 mtu is set to 9014 and cant be changed. on rb2011 mtu set to 1500 l2 mtu 1598 max I have also checked and all my other rbs and wireless units are all set to 1500 mtu. Im having same issue...my one marks the connection fine but when you check it still goes through default route even though its connection mark...output ...routingmark ...

OK guys after sitting for 3 days with this i figured it out....jippy. One needs to have the 2 wan interfaces and the lan interface on diffrent ip ranges . this enables you to route the traffic correctly.
