I had exactly the same issue. I found out one of the capacitor's was blown up on the RB750 (known issue). Replaced it with another one and re-installed with netinstall. It's working fine now :)

I see the Huawei K3806 is supported and it works on my RB751 but only once until I pull it from the RB and put it back. Has anyone a correct working configuration for this USB stick ?

Also, is there support planned for the Huawei E353 ?

Just mark your connections using PCC and then put a routing mark on them. Then add default backup routes for all the different routing marks with a higher distance over the other DSL lines.
