Public Ip on Local(Private) Server

I'm trying to wrap my head around this but can't quite figure it out. I am attempting to setup a Direct Access Server behind a NAT which is not supported by Microsoft. It is necessary to have two Network Adapters, one with two private IP's for the internal side, and one with two consecutive public I...

Re: 60km wireless link

Yeah, that's pretty much the same results that I had when I did a test in Radio Mobile. So I guess I am using the program correctly, I just wasn't sure if it was all correct. I am going to have to do multiple hops to reach my location as I don't have access to 400+ feet of tower, at least not at the...

Re: 60km wireless link

Yeah I'd be glad if someone could have a look see and let me know what the Fresnel looks like...I myself have been just starting with Radio Mobile, but as I've learned so far it's gonna be quite the learning curve to get used to it. Anyhow here are the GPS Coordinates: Location 1 49 29 17.94 N 98 05...

Re: 60km wireless link

Raj, We have several links of this distance (actually 58-67km) and they all are reliable. As to the hardware you have selected, the 411 is a great choice, but I'd go with a 411AH. I have no experience with the R52 at these ranges but I can tell you that the Ubiquiti XR2 and XR5 are both capable of ...

Re: Simple Routing Question

If interfaces are bridged then ip firewall will work only if use-ip-firewall is enabled /interface bridge settings set use-ip-firewall=yes interfaces on the Client are not bridged...the weird thing I just discovered is if I open up a terminal window on the client computer I can ping the gateway IP ...

Re: Simple Routing Question

If you nat your LAN IP pool with 10.0.0.69..It should work.
That's what I've tried but for whatever reason it doesn't seem to work. Perhaps If you don't mind, give me instructions on exactly how to do it because I must be doing something wrong.

Simple Routing Question

I've searched around and followed tutorials but I just can't seem to get a simple route working. I have one Mikrotik RB411 set as AP Bridge(10.0.0.4) > Mikrotik RB411 set as Pseudobridge using WPA2. Wireless link between the two works great. Access Point Bridge Wlan & Ether Bridge - 10.0.0.4 Cli...
