Re: Mikrotik Intercell LTE APs

We currently use Wimax in Canada in FWA Band ( 3.5Ghz Fixed Wireless Access ) and having LTE in this band ( LTE Band 42 ) with your hardware will be nice. We currently use FWA Band D ( 3475-3500 ) and H ( 3575-3600 ) --> https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/smt-gst.nsf/eng/sf09311.html More information ab...

Re: IGMP Snooping

Still no news for IGMP Snooping ? I know RouterOS is for Routing, but with product like CRS and especially the new HAP that look like the perfect Residential Gateway, IGMP Snooping is a must have. IGMP Proxy work well to transfert Multicast receive from the ISP side to the client LAN side, but I don...

Re: my experience with CRS125, CRS109 and RB2011 on 200Mbit/s ISP line speed downstream

Same here ! After an Internet Upgrade at home, I was disapointed of my download speed on this 200$can Switch/Router. It was with ROS 6.30 ... I have try the last one ( 6.33.3 ) , same problem ... I have try changing the queue type from hardware to ethernet-default, maybe it help, but can't reach my ...

In fact RB2011 with two SFP port will also be great to ring some site with a RB2011 at eatch site !

Will we see RB2011iUAS-RM ?

I like the SFP socket, the LCD screen ... 1 x POE Out will be great also to power an external Mikrotik AP

Re: New Hardware! - EU MUM 2013

In a simpler question, what advantage would I have with this the CSR over a 2000$ HP procurve switch with the same amount of ports? In "theory" will the CSR be able to handle just as much throughput as a switch (No routing, etc)? Maybe ask Mikrotik what will be the limit of MAC Address on the CRS s...

Re: MUM Croatia NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT

Are Mikrotik planning to deliver a CCR with 10 or more SFP socket to put in POP with Mikrotik SFP and put RB260GS for FTTH or RB2011 / CRS for FTTB service delivery !

It's great to have client device with SFP port, but you don't have device with many SFP socket to put on Central Office ( POP ) side.

Re: New Hardware! - EU MUM 2013

CCR1036-8G-2S+ will be a great box to build GIG ( or 10G with SFP+ ) ethernet ring between multiples POP. CRS will also be a great device to deliver multiple managed service at client site ( FTTB delivery of MPLS, Internet, TVIP etc ), RB2011 already do a great job, but have some limitation if you n...

Force Traffic to Uplink ( RESOLVED ... by myself 1y later )

Hi, is it possible by a Firewall Foward Rule to force some packet from an interface ( lets say WLAN1 ) to go for the next step to the Gateway IP. Here is an exemple; GATEWAY -- Switched Network ( DSLAM and 4 PORT Switch MODEM ) -- RB433 AP1 --- WLAN1 ----WLAN2 -- RB433 AP2 --- WLAN1 ----WLAN2 We alr...

Re: Running dynamic WDS to all clients - any caveats?

If you don't mind that your client don't have more that one pppoe session behind there antenna, you can simply use " station pseudobridge " ( Mac-Nat is done in this mode !! ) . We use it for a 200 clients networks. We also use " areacode " so that our CPE can connect on any of our AP with-out a rec...
