Re: CVE-2023-30799

You don't need any CVE for that. Please re-read the original post. In theory you could even take the router apart and re-solder some chips on it. What is the point calling such situations "vulnerabilities"? If your device has full admin access to malicious parties, ALL IS LOST already Cou...

Re: v7.10, 7.10.1 and more [stable] are released!

Anecdotally, when I loaded down a couple of my 7.10 CCR2116's using a 10Gbps speed test after having just inserted over 300K routes into each of them, one or more of them bogged down pretty bad to where BGP/OSPF appear to have dropped and all customer traffic stopped for 10-20 seconds until everyth...

Re: v7.10, 7.10.1 and more [stable] are released!

I upgraded one of our BGP core router : a CCR1072 to 7.10.2 (included firmware) and the situation was problematic. All CPUs continuously going from 60 to 100% utilization. Web browsing slowed down dramatically, packet loss and peer go down I had to roll back to 6.49.8 and everything was back to norm...

I see MPTCP implemented using OpenWRT on end Router, and a debian/ubuntu on datacenter vps
Creating some tunnel make real aggregation of multiple ISP with different bandwidth, latency instantly

Have you find a solution? Are you sure that the 1016's themselves are the cause of the loss, and not the intervening connectivity? In general, loss is associated either with a single core being maxed out or close to maxed out (90% or higher), or congestion. See the video https://youtu.be/Mrr6Ubh8hW4

Hi,

when there is too much clients on NV2 sector you have to use larger TDMA Period to achieve good throughput. It of course means that ping time goes higher.
On all my APs increase the tdma period doesn't benefit nothing.

With AC-Radios work only with "all rates fixed" but your main problem is alignment

If your link is with perfect line of sight (and free fresnel zone) then they are just bad aligned

Make correct alignment and see (using the default tx power) what you get

We too had the same problem.
On a lot ten connector over half presented problems.
Trying to re-crimp them, some come to work, others do not.

Tipical problems is : some have no-link state, others I have only 100Mbps fdx, other 10Mbps (without passing data).

Re: Need help forwarding ip

If they are in different interfaces and you want to masquerade use NAT IP > Firewall > NAT Add [CHAIN] Chain: srcnat Out. Interface: <yourWanInterface> [ACTION] masquerade http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/MikroTik_RouterOS_Frequently_Asked_Questions_-_FAQ#TCP.2FIP_Related_Questions http://www.mikrotik....
