Re: CubeG-5ac60ay 5Ghz flapping

Even after upgrading to 7.13 and trying MANY deferent wireless settings (nstream, security, management protection, etc), we are still experiencing the same problem. It seems like when the 5GHz is flickering that the bonding may be having a problem and dropping some packets on the 60GHz.

Re: SECTOR ANTENNA NOT BROADCASTING

You may need to configure a scan-list, or something may be incorrect on the AP

According to the LGH5 product page it does not support 5060MHz as a valid frequency.

CubeG-5ac60ay 5Ghz flapping

I have multiple CubeG-5ac60ay-SA APs with CubeG-5ac60ay clients setup with "active backup" bonding and have NAT setup in the CubeG-5ac60ay. The problem is that if the 60GHz connects first, the 5GHz will only stay connected for about 10 seconds before disconnecting. The APs say that the cli...

RB750UP unable to boot

I have quite a few RB750UPs that fail to boot after updating routerboot. The only way I can get them to consistently boot is to use the backup boot loader, and then enable force-backup-booter. Is there an update/fix for these routers without replacing them or permanently using the backup boot loader?

Re: [Feature request] DHCPv6-server address delegation

What's your RouterOS version? It was broken this way (not sure for how long) and was fixed in 6.34.x, but I did not test if the fix made it also in 6.32.x bugfix branch. Then there's another possible problem, but behaviour is different. When DHCPv6 server looks for DNS address to use, it unconditio...

Re: [Feature request] DHCPv6-server address delegation

If it's mainly DNS you're after, RouterOS DHCPv6 server can already run in stateless mode and provide DNS. Just add new server without any pool, set managed-address-configuration=no and other-configuration=yes in /ipv6 nd and it will take DNS addresses from /ip dns and send them to clients when the...

Re: Bridging Bonding interface and sfp+

the routers IPs are 192.168.6.1/24 and 192.168.6.2/24
The only bonding I can get to work is 802.3ad, but what I can see that won't work because the links could have differing speeds.
I have tried mii link monitoring, it stays linked with no traffic.

I am trying to bond two 700Mbps+ links and bridge them to a 10Gbps link I cannot ping from router1 to router2 with sfp7 and sfp8 in a bonding interface. If I move them directly to the bridge and remove the bonding then I can ping. Here is the relevant "/export compact". Both Agg1 and Agg2 ...

[Feature request] DHCPv6-server address delegation

The DHCPv6-server currently does not support address delegation, it only supports prefix delegation. The DHCPv6-client supports both.

Without address delegation Windows does not receive any IPv6 DNS servers.

Re: ROS v6.34rc6 IPv6 Issue

You currently have to add the ipv6 dhcp client via the terminal. The GUI does not have a way to set the request type (address and/or prefix).

example:
/ipv6 dhcp-client add interface=ether1 request=address,prefix pool=test

If you have request include prefix, then you must set a pool.

I have a RB450 that had three of the 6.3v 560uF capacitors vent. I replaced them with some 10v 1000uF and it is now working. I was wondering if there could be any issues because of the new caps. They are the two closest to the CPLD and the one next to the CPU.

But does it advertise those?
