i setup mikrotik 2.9 and setup cash
when i setup hotspot , cash is stop
when i stop hotspot , cash is start to run

i have aproblem in cash 2.9 when i setup cash and it is runing
and i open any site cash not do any thing
and this picture to page cash

please give me vedio to show me how to setup cash in 2.9????
