Capsman 2 SSID's mixed local + remote

Configured capsman with two CaPSMAN SSID's using the slave config feature, single wireless interface. The configuration went well. I am able to connect to one SSID at a time, but unable to connect to the SSID local + remote together with 2 different devices. Only the first SSID used works, does not ...

Re: IPSec question

You can enable the L2TP server included in the security package. Then enable some dynamic DNS service to contact your router with dynamic ip address.

Re: Dude on pc/x86

If you want to run dude on a win7 OS you need the .exe files to install as windows software.

Is this your setup? or you are running RouterOS as a virtual machine?

Re: CAPsMAN vs VLAN

Hi,

from a quick view, noticed that the ip addresses are all configured to the ether3 physical interface, not to the VLAN interfaces.
This miight solve issue 1.

For issue 2 you may add some firewall rules to the forward chain in order to block some traffic.

Cheers

Re: RB1100AH and RB1100Hx2 ether11 link/collisions problems

Hello, Seems that the RB1100AH and RB1100Hx2 registers Ethernet RX errors statistics only on interface ether11. The fact that the RX error statistics on interfaces ether1 through ether10 are zeroes, does not mean there are no errors. For example on the RB912UAG-5HPnD connected to ether4 of the RB110...

Could not find any documentation on rx-carrier error is it a physical cable problem? [admin@R1] >:put [/interface ethernet get ether11 rx...

Re: RouterBOARD SXT 5HnD

Is there a procedure to recover the STX from a failed Software upgrade? Without the serial don't know how to proceed. open the latch, there is a reset button. keep it pressed while booting and it will run netinstall server. follow netinstall documentation from there. Works nice, pressed the reset b...

Re: dude-3.1 under wine-1.1.5 = LocalMedium: postpone read

The windows workaround for Dude 3.1 worked for me as well, thanks

Noticed that during the linux install, the dude.conf file under drive_c doesn't get copied.
