We are pretty new to Dude but think its a great tool But it doesn't work very well (yet) to us. But I found out that a mib database file is needed to load into the Mib Nodes section. Under "Tree" wa only find 3 node: ccitt - 0 iso - 1 joint-iso-ccit - 2 We don't know what that means or what it does...

Reinstalled the CCR with netinstall to the latest RC of RouterOS and Dude before enabling The dude package.. Works now :D We have exactly the same issue on that same device but running 6.34.2.. I am a bit afraid in uploading the latest 6.35rc?? version. Which one do you run? So you upload the packa...

Found a workaround... Startet up my old Dude server... Just selected all items on my MAP and CTRL+C Switched to my New Dude server and opened the map and CTRL+V. Does not copy every setting and such but beter then making the whole thing from scratch... :) But i cant even upload files to the new serv...

Have the same issue on a CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+.
When i go to the "Files" tab i try to upload any file to The Dude, but i get Invalid file on any file.

Any idea what is causing this ?

Running V6.34.3

Any progress in fixing this problem ? We migrated from the old Dude to 6.34.3 and we can't import the data.

Hi,

have a regular function to get the signal from a device.

oid("1.3.6.1.4.1.119.2.3.69.401.8.1.1.5.1")
This returns a value example like this -50.1

Disk issue? Well, if you mean there is a problem with the physical disk.. then i would say no. The issue should of been there in 3.25 to if that was so? And it wasn't. :? I had it running for over 100 days with no problems, but as soon as i upgraded to 3.28 it started to stop working after 1-4 week...

Hi again,

this seemed to work fine in 3.25

But the problem is back now in 3.28 & 3.30.....

I can make rules in firewall and change settings, but i can't take Backup of configuration or run a export file command in terminal..

you should upgrade to v3.24 and after this repeats, make supout.rif file IMMEDIATELLY after rebooting it. This file will help MikroTik Support to find out what's wrong Hi! Sorry for the delay. I have a oid that returns a value a signal.

The value is formates like this -604
This should show -60,4.

How do i do this?

I just have this in appearance of the device.

I don't know exactly what you want to achieve, but filtering by dst-mac is available in bridge filters.
Well..
I want to Monitor/ and shape traffic for computers with a given MAC addressen.
To & From traffic...

HM.. Haven't looked at Bridge->Filters.. Maby this will do...

You can't math by dst-mac because destination mac address is unknown at that time. So in other words "RouterOS" is completely useless when it comes to "Traffic monitor", "Traffic Shaping" and "Traffic quota"... Unless all user behind the Mikrotik has permanent IP's... The question was how to filter only the mikrotik logg to a file.
Got this by adding to syslog.conf

Hi im new to Mikrotik and that might be my only problem. Well anyway, i got 2 532boards with long range radios which i was planning to set up as an backbone link, only at transparent bridge. WDS is working fine, but when enabling Nstreme the link drops. Here is my configs Base/bridge config: [admin@...
