There are different cable lengths (20' - 70')
I did force Force 10mbps and Disable Auto Negotiation.
Problem still continues with lost packages.
I downgraded to mt V 4.17 and no package lost.

Yes, it is a noise problem, check your AP and see the Ack time and you'll see it.
In your Registered table double click each client and check its Ack, disable all that are over 150.

Also you can use a bigger antenna.

Edimax 7209 model are same as BR6204 you can load same firmware.

RB532 shows it as Wireless (Atheros AR5413)

I limit the bandwidth to my customers on downloads and uploads, of course applying simple queue. After I apply a last queue 1000/1000 system auto restart. (Last ver.22)
It works without problem in other system with ver 2.7
