Re: v6.43.7 [stable] is released!

Are there issues with DHCP Server not working after an upgrade like 6.34.4? We never heard back on that post and now the post is locked. Mikrotik support has ignored my emails for over a week on the issue we noticed with 6.34.4 and I'm wondering why. https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&...

Re: v6.43.4 [stable] is released!

We have experienced many issues with 6.43.4 and losing the DHCP server functionality. We recently upgraded 20 CCRs from 6.38/6.38.1 and on 4 of the routers, DHCP server doesn't work. Eventually the router slows down too and cannot make a Supout.rif file. The DHCP server is shown in the config file, ...

CCR Router Upgrades and often Fails with Reboot Loop

We have around 200 CCR routers on our network and we prefer to upgrade the Routers, however, that process comes with hesitation due to failures occurring often during the process. We have many cloud core routers on the network and we have them installed with IPV6 package and the UPS package. We’re seeing issues with transmitting upwards of 500mbps to clients on a CCR1009 router. My uplinks have 900+mbps available, so no issue with the source of bandwidth. Re: Redirect MAC Authenticated Hotspot Users to Webpage

Completely agree with PPPoE over Hotspot. The only reason I turned to hotspot was to potentially setup a login or ToS agreement, but if that won't work, I may go back to PPPoE. Also, I didn't want people to have to know or remember their PPPoE account. Is there an easier way to setup the Redirect to...

I'll test it and try a few different things to see about the Session Timeout. Yes, the Modem (CPE) is the only authenticated device based on the MAC address. Re: Redirect MAC Authenticated Hotspot Users to Webpage

We have Radius Manager which is limited in what it can do but does a decent job. Since our Radius server is only authenticating a Mac address on a modem that is always on, would the session-timeout work on the User Profile on the hotspot? The idle time for the Mac Hotspot user never surpasses 1 minu...
