Currently there is no equivalent to cisco TE load-share in RouterOS.
from my point of view this is not the solution because it remains unsolved

*) radius - limited RADIUS timeout maximum value to 3 seconds;
do not do this, our system on average 1~5 seconds to process the radius package

here I am using a CRS125-24G-1S with the last stable version (6.40.4) and also tested with the 6.41rc47, without rules like a simple switch between all the ports passing in average 150MBPS and also I am having packet loss

you could add support for load-share in mpls as well as cisco routers and other brands do,
so it could add and aggregate the throutput of ring links that are backed up professionally using mpls and without having to make a mac-gyver on top as bonding

Still no band steering and CCQ in CAPsMAN :(
If want to use it in a commercial environment, 2.4 and 5G in a same SSID is a basic requirement !!!!
really I'm just not using it and installing the companies that attend for lack of decent monitoring
