Hi, a quick solution is to have a rule at the bottom that has a limit of 0 to block the whole of the network(s) that you have. I think you need to add a DNS static route and point that back to your web server.

Just a heads up, and I may be wrong. NStream and Dual Nstream has some issues with ROS v4. That is to say a percentage of people find the links made by Nstream unstable in the extreme and have had to disable the nstream links. The Dual NStream you are talking about is likely to also break your links...

You could also look at putting in a pci card, that may be easier but I'm guessing the reason you're asking the question is that you have a USB dongle already!
