Re: RouterOS v7.0 beta1 - when?

When? please an update - we are in so much pain with the existing 1072's and really don't want to replace them all if we don't need to!

Or at least open up a version of CHR for ISO install with Intel drivers...

Re: CHR Hardware

Hyper-V is hands down the best hypervisor for using a CHR as a BGP edge router. Mostly this is because MikroTIk spent a lot of time building the Hyper-V drivers for the CHR and they used off the shelf drivers for KVM/ESXi The single biggest impact is to get a CPU with a higher clock speed and fewer...

Re: Running IPv6 on Mikrotik? You're out of business in 12 days time

It's possible that this issue may be Kernel level and the only way to fix that could be v7 with the updated kernel. This may be why they've done nothing about it to date - because they can't on the current kernel.

Well Christmas has come and gone for another year, my money is still on MUM Europe.

Even if it was realised then I would not put it into product for another 6 months until we've tested it heavily as the key features we're looking to have improved are BGP Performance, True Isolated VRF's and ipv6.

In addition the loss appears to occur around the same time BGP updates.

Every time there is a Drop I execute "/log print where message~"WithdrawnR"" from terminal and there is a update +/- 1 second of the drop.

Ok thanks - We seem to have another issue now where because we hold a full BGP table on our edge routers we filter only the default to other routers whcih is stopping MPLS from working.

What is the best way to allow all internal MPLS etc through?
