I just had a similar issue happen with two of my CHRs in AWS. Remove the dude package and reboot, then the instance won't start.

Instance state "Running". Status check "Initializing", can't open an E2 serial console. It appears the instance just won't start.

I tried a couple of Bluetooth USB devices I have on an x86 RouterOS 7.5 install and none work with the Bluetooth IoT.

I would like to request support for USB Bluetooth adapters.
There are a lot of USB adapters that have builtin support in the 5.6 Linux kernel.

I tried to add routes to a management VRF for NTP time sync and I also could not get the local NTP server to reply. I even tried broadcast and multicast NTP server. Ended up forwarding NTP to another server. I can use route leaking to forward management traffic to public but not to local NTP server....

I experienced problems with IPv6 and connection tracking when using VLAN sub interfaces. When I removed the subinterface and placed the IPv6 address directly on ether3 connection tracking worked as expected.

Are you using any special interfaces like VLANs or EoIP?

If you are using any tunnel you will need to either decrease the TCP MSS on the routers or increase the MTU on the routers to allow larger Ethernet frames through your routers on your network. You have many options with Mikrotik. You could use IPv6 endpoints with EoIP, GRE or IPIPv6 tunnels to transport IPv4 to your access points over IPv6.
