Re: VLANS HP1910 and RB750r3

Yes, you can.

Remember that VLAN is a Standar part of 802.1q, you can config the 1910 and MIKRORIK like any other switch.

Regards.

Re: Multiple VLANs with one Router as Default Gateway in each VLAN

Hi friend, The configuration at the MK depends of the config you has in your switch. If you switch are configure at access port, at the mikrotik you don't has to do nothing, just add the IP address and mask in the interfaces (ether2 and ether 3). If you're switch ports are configured as trunk, then ...

I don't understand very clear your problem, but, if you want to get internet by Wan2, you need a NAT Masquerade of WAN2 interface.

Re: NV2 vs NSTREME... Why the difference?

I read lod time ago tha5 NStreme was developed for PTP Links and NV2 was upgrade for better support to PtMP links.

Anyway, I see that the develop of wireless link at Mikrotik is "Stopped".. Cambium, Mimosa and Ubiquiti has better products for wireless links right now.

Re: VLANS with Bridge

If Router 2 works when connected to Main router, then the problem must be at Router 1.

Please post config of Main, Router 1 and Router 2.

Your configuration looks good, to understand the problem, can you post your configuration of the 3 routers?

Another question, the trunk port and access ports is working fine at Router 1?

Re: share file with difference subnet

You only need to configured Mikrotik as Dns server and assign this DNS via DHCP.
Could you show me how to do it pls :)
/ip dns
primary dns= Original DNS1
secondary-dns=Original DNS2
allow-remote-request=yes

But you need to understand how DNS works.

Re: VPN and 2 WANs

Add a Firewall Rule allowing the IP address of the remote VPN server via the Wan interface you want, and block the access to the another wan for the IP of the remote VPN server.

I has the same scenario and that's what I do, but I don't has Load balance.

I don't understand your question, scripts run in RouterOS Background, Winbox doesn't need to be open.

Re: I need help to set up dst-nat to open dvr

Do you need to open just some ports, a dmz or need a 1-1Nat?

In every case you can do the nat rules in every device or a VPN Tunnel from the DVR or Last Router, to the top router (first ).

I recommend a Router and AP separated, because you can't use 500Mbps with WiFi anyway.

Re: VPN with additional routes

For PPTP you can use Radius with the routes option. With OpenVPN you can push a route to the client. http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:PPP_AAA http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/OpenVPN Hello, i read the Wiki Links you posted, but don't see nothing about send routes to clients using Radius or another...

Re: Failover link between Ethernet(fiber) and Wlan

RSTP?
Ohhhhhh, RSTP looks really well, i'm read the article of wikipedia about RSTP, but can't find information about the mikrotik implementation of RSTP. I know that RSTP is configured in a Bridge....

Can RSTP bridge 3 Interfaces, and do failover and just two ports(Ether2 and Wlan1)?

Thanks.

Failover link between Ethernet(fiber) and Wlan

http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/9523/diagramac.jpg Hi. This is my network. Before i have just a Fiber link between my office. Now i buy two RB600A to do an automatic backup/failover link. Re: SuperAG Features in routerOS

Thanks normis. I will do a speed test and post the results. You need to update to the lastest version of RouterOS. 3.10 is old. Also, the PS5 is not a very fast device. You re very unlikely to get more than 20 Mbps. Put a routerboard on both sides for 40 Mbps + I think you are right, cause the maxi...

SuperAG Features in routerOS

Hi. I Have a Point to Point Link Between a RB600A(with one Ubiquiti XR5) and Ubiquiti PS5-Ext, both with Hyperlink 27dbi antennas. I need a lot of bandwidth, i read that with turbo-mode and superAG features i can reach a good real speed. I set both in 5Ghz-Turbo(40Mhz) and set Fast Frame and burstin...
