Hello

I have a 1.5TB capped bandwidth capacity valid for 1 year. I want share it within 12 months in such a way that the customer can not exhaust the data before the 1 year period elapses.

Hi i have a rb1000. it could not boot properly so i decided to do netinstall. i set all parameters right but netinstall couldn't detect my router. i set net boot IP to 192.168.1.2 and my pc to 192.168.1.5. see the image bellow.

hi, i have a hotspot configure on a rb1100AH all is working well, i have a point to point link to another location using rb912 with 23dbi antenna, on the other end of the link, hotspot keep disconnecting after login and asking users to relogin.

any help on how to solve this please?

but remember i have i have a /24 address setup on almost all the ports except for the upstream ports. your pcc guide was make for only one LAN interface and in my case i have multiple.

what do i do in my case?

same problem happen to me. i discovered that the problem was a hardware problem. the processor cooling fan stops working so the processor is overheating. everything comes back to normal after fixing the fan. my router processor now works at 4-7% at all the time.

also check that ur radius setting in routerOS and router settings in usermanager are correct. you must specify the same ip address and secret at both RouterOS and umsermanager.

im using a rb433 point-to-point from one base station to another, then another rb433 as AP for the edge client. i want the point-to-point to remain bridged. i want the APs to be routed.

Also, do i have to be adding ospf network on the edge router for all the APs? i have 10 different Aps.

here is the image of my network. from the diagramme, all client pc gets ip address direct from the edge router (rb1000). all other routers are bridge to the edge router. i need to change this structure to a routed network.

also, you may create a dynamic wds on the router that is at the side of your dsl router. then change the mode of your ap bridge to brdge and the pseudobridge to stationwds on the other router. bridge both wlan1 and eth1 on both routers. this way you dont need ip route. the two routers will be bridge...

To check webproxy goto system logging and enable webproxy loging. Check logs. You wil then see all logs for the cache.
