When inputting the maximum speed for a link and having the color change, does it go by the downlink speed or the combined uplink and downlink?
For example, I have a 14Mbps capacity link and 10Mbps of it is for download and 4 for upload.
Should I put the max speed of the link as 10Mbps or 14Mbps?
