No, the problem is NOT fixed in 7.2.3. Has someone tested 7.3.1?

You can install Mikrotik to Dell R710 server. You just use internal sata connectors.

Same here. VMDK on ESXI also says missing operating system. Previous version worked fine.

Re: Stale (dead) PPPoE connections

Have you tried 6.35r33 ? What's new in 6.35rc33 (2016-Mar-18 11:12): *) ppp - fixed crash when ppp interface gets disconnected and user gets authenticated at the same time (most probable with slow RADIUS server); *) ppp - fixed memory leak high number of pppoe clients to the same server; *) pppoe - ...

Re: Total PPPoE crashing with CCR1072 and x86 - With all RouterOS 6.3x.xx versions available

RouterOS version doesn't make a difference. I tried 6.29.1, 6.33.3, 6.34.2 and with every version i had the same problem. Only disabling those packages resolved the issue. I am 100% percent sure that one of those packages was the problem. Here is all the thing i tried before i finally resolved my is...

So far so good. I disabled mpls ups and ntp package and everything is working fine as before. I was NOT using any of these packages anyway.

I hope this helps you out!

Re: Total PPPoE crashing with CCR1072 and x86 - With all RouterOS 6.3x.xx versions available

One more thing i noticed that makes this 100% mikrotik fault. I can reproduce the same problem every time: 1. Open PPP-Active in Winbox (any version of winbox old and new) , you can see duplicate names. They have the same name and mac address but different ip and uptime. 2. Select the non working na...

Yes i am using them, but they don't clear double pppoe interfaces. I am gonna try and disable the mpls package tonight. That is the only difference between the old server and new.

We also have the same problem on a x86 box. That x86 worked perfectly until the hard drive crash on 6.33.3. We put in a new hdd with 6.34.2, export-import the configuration and the problem appears. We will wait for our maintenance window tonight and downgrade to 6.33.3 again to see if it will resolv...

Re: RB951G-2HnD CPU speed

I have overclocked this device to 700mhz. It has been 29 days so far with heavy usage the entire day, every day.

Working great and no thermal issues so far. Device is operating in room temp about 27 degrees celsius.

Any chance to get that fixed?

Re: RB493G intermittent packet loss

Having the same issue. -RB493G properly grounded with original Mikrotik case. -Powered through POE 24V 1A and PowerJack 12V 5A at the same time. -Running 5.20 OS with 2.41 firmware -Previous 1100AH worked flawlessly for 9 months in its place. It is NOT a temp issue, it is NOT a powersupply issue. Wi...

Re: v5.11 released

X86 on vmware with 5.11 hangs only on our multicore machine (3 cpu). Works for about 8 hours then just hangs. I reset it in vmware, and i am good to go for 8 hours. Downgraded to 5.8 to see if it will help.

On two others with 1 core and 2 core it works fine.

When are we getting the SWOS 1.7?

A very basic option like Port description is holding us back from ordering a new batch.

RB450G served 100 clients with an average load of 25Mbit. Cpu usage was 90%

493G has the same cpu so i would expect the same performance

Ethernet PHY Where to buy

We have a couple of RB433 boards with damaged components.

Where can we buy U601 and Q601?

What is the price of those components and do they ship worldwide.

Thank you
