just plain dhcp server and stations in lan
station in lan asks mikrotik dhcp server for an IP and incluides client-id field
dhcp server asks for autentication on radius but such client-id field is not informed...

Yes, this is lot of clients in one AP but the key is that only few (estimated 30-40 at a peak time) will be transmitting/receiving data at up to 128 kbit/s (64+64).

Rest of the time they will only send/receive SIP messages registers (1 packet every 5 minutes or so)...
