Re: timeout while waiting for program 20

1) So, did you made any recent changes to your config ? 2) Is the Routers resources ok? CPU? Ram? 3) How about temperature ? 4) System Packages -> check installation is ok? 1) We used ether2-9 on RB493 but ether1-8 on RB4011 because ether2-9 where better reachable from the front of the RB493, but I...

Re: timeout while waiting for program 20

Hi, its a RB4011 which is at the site for one month now, replacing an old RB493 as we needed more power. The RB493 had ~300 days Uptime and was only rebooted for firmware updates. The 4011 had 4 reboots since it is active and we never knew why (nothin in remote logs) but never stuck like last night....

Re: Advisory: Vulnerability exploiting the Winbox port

Hi,

virus seems to download binary files (marchdom4.com/mikrotik/x86_64 marchdom4.com/mikrotik/powerpc marchdom4.com/mikrotik/mips)
Anyone knows what these binaries do and are they removed after RouterOS Update?

OSPF default route with static fallback issue

Hello community, i have a problem with OSPF vs STATIC default routes. Normally, our routers get their default route via OSPF, distributed by one of our BGP Uplinks. These routes have a distance of 110 (OSPF default) Some routers also have slower, more expensive (cost per MBit 95% percentil) uplinks ...
