Had similar problem. Was running RouterOS 4.4 successfully for 2 weeks in NSTREME mode. All of sudden got alot of disconnects and bad quality and througput. Link started dropping about every 10 minutes (but only under big load). Seems to be fine when not being hammered. Downgraded to RouterOS 3.30....
