I have implemented this. However for some reasons my sip trunks seems to be having trouble with registering.

Could I be missing something the would cause the SIP packets or protocol to not be caught by that mangle rule?

How can I bind a certain IP / mac address to a hotspot user so that they do not have to physically login every time?

I know you can bypass by a mac address but then that data is not accounted for.

Is there a way and if so how do I go about doing it? This would make my life allot easier.

Maybe you can use two different addresses for fetching and route each thru the corresponding gateway. Then you will know both ip addresses. Or always change the routing before fetching. Any ideas on how to possibly do this.

I need to achieve this, as I am routing my SIP trunks out of a different gateway, and they require a host name so that they can reverse connect.

So ie my one script needs to update the VoIP gateway, and the other script the normal internet gateway.
