Well, i expected more. On 135Mpbs rate it should be 60Mbps stable with those signal levels and ccq.
135 Mpbs is max Brutto, its WiFi, with an old 54Mbit 802.11a you got about 20Mbit
And your CCQ shows that your spectrum is not clear....

Mikrotik what is need to happen that you are wake up and get ROS 7 with newer Kernel ready?

ROS Kernel is from 2012!

Good for us, we removed all Mikrotik at Core Routers in the last 3 Month, because of bad BGP Speed, and Missing IPv6 PPPoE Features
No i Think that was a very good decision!

We have no good Experience with Mikrotik at links with more then 10km
We build them with UBNT Airfiber, they Performe much better over such distances, I have a similar link here

USB 2 maxes out at 480MBit theoretically, so 300MBit over USB2 would be good speed

I'd love to try 60ghz out in some of our busier areas mostly because 5ghz is super noisy. Wap has 3 Antenna Elements but uses only one Channel, the maximum is 8 Clients not 24. All distances over 150m with WAP to WAP. Or WAP to sXT needs 5 GHz Backup, with LHG with more then 500m, but they need it ...

Mikrotik is wasting 18 months of advantage on 60 GHZ, is it possible to know if there is any hardware with 5 ghz backup in the close future? Why? Possible, speed depends on your allowed EIRP.
in the EU with 30/36dBm max it would be hard to get this speed with 802.11 Hardware.

If your Budget allowes it, I would go with UBNt AF5x HD

At this point I'd take a 1U server with an Intel Xeon with a bunch of SFP+ cards jammed in the front and a Mikrotik logo stuck on.

Are you 100% sure that your converter outputs standard Ethernet frames?
In most CaSes this is not IP Traffic, it is only an range extender, No IP Converter
