Yes, there is no need to pass outgoing traffic via CAPMan.
Just set different/proper GW in the DHCP configuration and voilà ... Internet traffic passes by CHR.

Sorry for my delayed response. But to make this a real benefit, you also have to make sure that each connection keeps using the WAN through which it has been established even if the WAN which it would have chosen normally becomes available again. Another thing, I can ping to websites like www.crucial.com from the RB and from my desktop, but cannot access the website never or less.
What about your DNS settings q? What DNS are you using?

10 seconds?!? It should be about 1 second! 10 seconds is WAY too long. In Mikrotik, in the PPP, tell it not to use peer-DNS.
