Re: CRS328-24P-4S+ is not getting the internet access

Tell me I'm wrong, but for CRS3xx you should use just ONE bridge and VLAN filtering with hardware offloading like described here: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/Bridge#Bridge_Hardware_Offloading Heres an excellent example config for the CRS3xx with separate router: https://forum.mik...

Re: CAPsMan wit WiFi on the the hardware with VLAN and switch chip features (CRS1xx)

Maybe it's just a bug in RouterOS!? To be honest, I never tried it without use-tag. I configured two SSIDs with different VLAN IDs and use-tag, hit ARP issues and found out I could make it work with multicast-helper. Seems to be a bug. Multicast-helper=full solved the problems even without use-tag....

Re: CAPsMan wit WiFi on the the hardware with VLAN and switch chip features (CRS1xx)

Multicast helper is not about routing, it avoids wifi broadcast by translating any wifi bum traffic to unicast. Ok, now I understand. Sorry for the dismiss - I didn't know about the usage of the helper for "multicast" AND simple "broadcasts". O:-) I still don't see the relation ...

Try setting multicast-helper to full on your WiFi interface. I'm sorry? I didn't get that point. What should multicast routing help for that kind of problems? How would I change the above for Local Forwarding? The question boils down to: 1. Do I enable bridge vlan filtering? 2. If yes, do we tag the bridge, ether and wlan interface?
