But the one million dollars question is: This workaround to get x86_64 working on version 638.7 makes the system really works on 64 bits or its just a flag and fake data read? If yes, I need to remember Janisk reply about memory addressing speed loss and consider that it does not worth if you do not...

You need to set SRC-ADDRESS if you want to reach the same result. I found a problem with the new traceroute tool. My backbone provider uses an MPLS network with private addresses and this means I can't 'see' the network from another router other than the border router. The new 'mtr' behaviour is sto...

There are a thousand of possibilities... Its a quite hard to debug wireless problems this way. First: you have to make a site survey to see how good is your scenario and make the right adjustments. Second: you need to make sure that all points are pretty tuned!! Network logic, cables, grounding stuf...

Normis,

Maybe it is not...

Seems like the new ethernet buffer optimization for CCR is causing the problem. When I started btest from CCR using direction=transmit and Local TX Speed=95Mbps test took 5 minutes and I saw no problem. When I changed Local TX Speed to 98Mbps the problem shows up!

Re: Problem with wilreless point to point

brunoms86,

You don't need too much to this short link. If you didn't change default TX POWER try to low it at least to 10dbm in both sides and try again.
Keep in mind that -40 is not a good signal. There is too much power in your system. Always try to keep it around -60dbm, ok?

If you use walled garden it will not work fine. You must use IP BINDINGS to make the correct test.
Keep in mind that even this way hotspots has queue limits. Make sure that these are unlimited.

RB 433ah supports 1526 MPLS-MTU only in the ether1. Try to change it to 1522 in all devices to make sure that will work all the time.

Re: 2 peers, 4 /24 prefix and load balance outbound

Upload is really easy. You need to create a ECMP route with check-gateway enabled. Just add both gateways in the same static route. The traffic will be share using round-robin every time source or destine address change. This way you can reach a good balance. Try it and tell us, ok?

Re: Losing VPN connections when changing default route

Uncheck "Add default route" in your VPN client and add the default route manually. At this point do not use the IP address as gateway. Use the vpn interface as gateway.

This way you don't need to change the default route anymore, ok?

Keep you balance the way you are doing and you also can announce your /22 in both peers. If one peer goes down all traffic will be redirect to the other peer.

Hi,

The default tx power is 17dbm and when you are using 2x2 you will get 3dbm extra and 200 meters is really close. Try to decrease TX power using card rates and set it to 7 dbm.

I guess it will solve your problem, ok?
