Re: Possible memory leak configuration in beta version

we have now done some testing on x86
the memory leakes out fast when multi-cpu=on (740meg in 70 minutes)
leak is much slower when multicpu=off (740meg in 3 days)

yes, installed on 5 x86 routers

can the queue be the cause of this memory leak
the memory counts down from 750 meg and when it gets to 12 meg the x86 machine reboots and must be switched on and off at the power to start again
we have now installed b5 on a rb433 and will see what happens

Low LAN Throughput

Hi there I have an RB600A with 1 x R5H and 1 x R52Hn cards. The R5H connection runs fine, and give me up to 60mbps between the two PCs. The R5Hn however does not. When I do an bandwidth test between the two RB's I get up to 100mbps, but when trying to transfer data between the PC's it limits it to a...

RB600A Overloaded CPU?

Hey there I'm currently running an RB600A with 1 x R5H card and 1 x R52Hn card. I have two additional cards in as well, but these are disabled for future expansion. On the ethernet site I have the PoE connected to a 1Gbps LAN port, and Eth2 bridged to my second board, an RB433. The one link is setup...

Re: 802.11n

Thanks for the reply That is what we did but still no joy. Moving the grid does not change the signal at all. Do you have to plug the grids in the same connector in both sides? Ours is horizontal grid to middle connector (chain0) and vertical grid to side connector (chain1). Thanks Edit: I see you a...

Re: 802.11n

I see that many of you complain on 802.11n latency and bandwidth. When you say that latency is not better in 802.11n then 802.11a, you are very very wrong. Our experience is different. 802.11n link can handle more than dual nstreme at 802.11a with better latency: 1-3ms max. In order to make ease fo...
