ottoshr ethernet cable only have 4 pairs with 2 wires each (a pair) or i am missing someting from your post?

MyThoughts you effectively reduced by half the power loss over the cable, of course that works perfectly well.

Also there is something with memmory usage below 2 images before and after dude server restart, once more after restart server lost some outages records , and memmory usage is minimised.
use server as service. windows 7 on citrix virtualisation.
