I noticed on my RB411U there is a reset button on the side. Is there a way to script this button so the unit resets to my specific "factory defaults?"

An oddball off topic question. What voltage is your power supply for the RB411U? Is it 24 or 28V? I'm using a 24V adapter, perhaps I'm not giving the board enough to give the cell card power?
