Feature request : DNS over TLS or Quic?

It's mid 2022, we got cake QOS which is nice but how about DNS over TLS or Quic which is faster than TLS, in my poor Mikrotik RB2011, most of the time, cpu resources is mostly used by SSL which is currently DoH(DNS over Https).

You are correct in a way, it wasn't a router or adapter fault, i have Cfosspeed installed in the VM Host, somehow it doesn't supporting VMWare bridge driver, so disabling Cfosspeed driver in the network adapter properties makes the traffic flowing again to the VM client (CENTOS).

Also found out that direct bypass and dial directly into modem from a Desktop also remain the same, hopefully my ISP will be able to pinpoint and fixing the problems.

hmm thanks but it still dropping the connection, what i've meant by this is, i am simulating user downloading using a download manager, when user initiate simultaneous download which used all of the 1 mbps bandwidth,it will reset to 0 kbps back again instead shaping up the bandwidth at steady ~1mbps...
