Re: Nstreme problem

I have a lots of nstreme links running on v5.11 without problems. When I have extensive data loss on nstreme links it is always from another wireless link running on the same frequency or very near it. I've noticed that nstreme is highly unstable if it shares frequency, but very good if you move to...

We are forced to use the CPE UBNT Nanostation because they support the protocol EAP-PEAP-MSCHAPv2 :(

I've got a similar problem when using the client adapter TP-Link TL-N821N. In 802.11N mode after the association does not go to traffic from a subscriber to the base station. The problem in the drivers - if the client uses Windows 7, there is no problem, if XP - then the adapter works only in 11b/g ...

Re: 802.11n

The bandwith in WDS (ap bridge/wds - ap bridge-wds) mode is much less than in the mode of the ap bridge/station. When will it be fixed? I dont think it can be fixed, you are splitting radio time 50/50 between AP and STATION. If you make it station its 100% dedicated to connecting to AP, if it's AP ...

OSPF - bug or features?

Sorry for bad English With the loss of adjacency with the neighbor (no longer receives hello packets due to disconnection) Mikrotik removes the active routes from the kernel, but does not delete the LSA from the base OSPF. In some cases this leads to a routing loop. Example: network --- neighbor1 (a...

For hwmp+ all routers should work in the mode of ap-bridge + wds dynamic (or static) mesh. In this mode, the TX/PX rate does not exceed 54Mbps. Bandwidth does not show more than 23 Mbit/s. When you switch to one of the points in the treatment station or station wds these problems are solved (the poi...
